The SQL Weekly booking Calendar v.4 is our flagship solution. You can create and maintain as many availability calendars on your website as you want.

Each calendar has its own username and password. From a central control panel you can Create, Edit and Delete calendars, Update Prices and Availability. You can use all the calendars yourself or your clients can use and update the calendars themselves.

After purchase, you will be sent a package which contains files and instructions on how to get your calendar up and running as quickly as possible. However, most folks get us to install the calendars for them. We offer a customisation service where we can make changes to the script to integrate the calendars with your site, or change functionality.

This is the main search page which allows you to show monthly availability for all your calendars on a single page. This is a very useful script, and for many applications is the initial view. You have the opion to show an image for each calendar with a link to more ifo. You can also filter the calendars shown by 2 categories, in this case filtering by Area and Capacity.
> Demo 2 This demo shows our availability search option. Here you can view availability for selected dates. By selecting a start date and length of stay, all calendars with availability are shown. You can also filter the results by 2 categories. In this case you can filter by Area and Category.
> Demo 3 This demo shows the main control panel for your calendars. Here you can Create, Duplicate, Edit, Delete and generally maintain your calendars. From this central location you can changes availability or prices for any of your calendars. You can Add time to your calendars as well as delete old data.
> Demo 4 The standard "out of the box" calendar. We have setup prices using British Pounds.
> Demo 5 This demo shows an alternative view of the demo 3 calendar whereby dates are shown in monthly blocks.
> Demo 6 This demo shows the admin area for the calendar where you can change main settings, prices and availability, and save a backup of your data.
> Demo 7 This demo shows an example of a calendar which has been setup with "Special prices". With these settings you can have special offers for Weekly Bookings, or part week bookings. This calendar has been setup to take weekly bookings by default, but the user can also book Midweek and long weekend bookings.
> Demo 8 This final demo shows a rather minimalist use of the calendar. This demo does not accept bookings, and does not show prices, it mearly shows availability, in a monthly grid. This type of simple calendar is very popular with users who have prices and booking forms elsewhere on a site.

What the Calendar does

Asks user for preferred dates

User is given a total price figure for the dates selected and an amount needed for deposit (if set)

User fills in a form with their details

Email sent to client together with payment details.

Email sent back to calendar owner with details of booking request.

Calendar can be auto-updated from link on this email.
