All you have to do is register and
start creating calendars straight away.
Your access password will then be emailed to you.
Now put a link to your newly created calendar from
your website or email. No programming or script installation
necessary. Basic calendars are FREE but there is a
feature-rich upgrade to change the colours, text and
availability for your calendar, as well as take online
booking enquiries..
These are sent to you in ZIP file
format. Calendar data is saved in the form of a text
file held locally on your webspace. You may need some
experience of CGI script installation but we also offer
a full script installation service.

UNIX based web space (Linux is a common one)
A CGI-BIN or other section of your web server to run
the scripts
FTP access to web space (we recommend CuteFTP, or WS-FTP)

3. SQL
Calendars [suitable for 6++ calendars or where
you want to search availability across multiple calendars]
If your web space comes with access to
a MYSQL database, these
scripts allows you to create an unlimited number of either Daily or weekly calendars
for you (or your clients) to maintain using your own Calendar
Admin Control Panel. As well as viewing each calendar separately
you can view all calendar availability at the same time.
You may need some experience of CGI script installation
and use of MYSQL but we do offer a full script installation
service.
