Availcheck PRM is a small, easy to use Windows-based program that is designed to make renting out your holiday / vacation home a little easier. The program is based around Year Grids.

• View enquiries & confirmed bookings
• View arrival, end dates and changeover dates
• Search all properties for availability
• View booking details like contact, payments received etc.
• Print booking details
• Set up Alerts for bookings to remind you of payments due, arrivals, etc

Bookings are shown on the grid with start dates |x, changeover days |x|, and end dates x|. You can also set different colours for the different features. In the example below green denotes a booking enquiry and pink shows a confirmed booking. Yellow shows changeover days when you need to clean between clients.

Placing the mouse over the start day of a booking will show you all the booking details like dates, the person staying and amount for rentals. Clicking on booking start date allows you to create, edit and delete bookings.

Once you have rented out your holiday / vacation home for a while you will find that you send the same emails and letters over and over again. PRM makes this process easy. Simply set up letter templates using the tools in PRM, select the booking enquiry for correspondence and the letter is auto-created and sent to your email program or MS Word document.

When you first install AvailcheckPRM you will get a 30 day period to evaluate the software. After this time the software will stop working. Please do not be tempted to change any computer settings during the trial period otherwise AvailcheckPRM will stop working. There is a full demonstration database included in the package so that you can try out the software. There are even test booking emails to help you get used to importing Availcheck Enquiry Emails into PRM.
